Registered children's home managers

Registered managers run our children's homes and make sure the care needs of the UAS children in their care are met.

You'll need to:

be familiar with Ofsted regulations
have experience of setting and delivering high standards in a children's home
be passionate and skilled in quality assuring practice
have proven experience of motivating and inspiring staff to provide the best care to UAS children.

We can offer you:

a full induction
a basic salary of between £49,522 and £57,712
the following market premiums:
- £4,000 Golden Hello
- £3,000 Annual Retention Premium (paid in instalments)
- £2,000 Service-Related Premium (paid in instalments)
- £1,000 additional payment upon successful Ofsted registration.
