Registered children's home managers

Registered managers run our children's homes and make sure the care needs of the UAS children in their care are met.

You'll need to:

  • be familiar with Ofsted regulations
  • have experience of setting and delivering high standards in a children's home
  • be passionate and skilled in quality assuring practice
  • have proven experience of motivating and inspiring staff to provide the best care to UAS children.

We can offer you:

  • a full induction
  • a basic salary of between £49,522 and £57,712
  • the following market premiums:
    • £4,000 Golden Hello
    • £3,000 Annual Retention Premium (paid in instalments)
    • £2,000 Service-Related Premium (paid in instalments)
    • £1,000 additional payment upon successful Ofsted registration.
  • 29 to 30 days annual leave allowance
