Technology pathway

We are offering two roles within the Digital Transformation Team:

• Graduate Digital Business Analyst
• Graduate Digital Change Officer

The Digital Transformation Team is a multi-disciplinary team with the Technology Division and is responsible for coordinating the transformation activity across the council.

As a Graduate Digital Business Analyst, you will be required to support the Digital Business Analyst to investigate digital business problems to determine holistic digital challenges and opportunities for improvement. You will provide support to determine business requirements and specify recommendations which meet our digital design principles and ultimately help us to deliver our digital ambitions as outlined in the digital strategy.

You will undertake data analysis and take account of a range of data sources to support holistic digital discoveries and specify requirements to ensure benefits realisation.

As a Graduate Digital Change Officer, you will play a crucial role to embed change within various digital projects across the organisation. You will ensure change initiatives are seamlessly integrated into project delivery, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. The Graduate Digital Change Officer will support the Change Manager and work alongside project teams to implement change management strategies that align with our objectives to ensure all stakeholders are prepared for, and are supportive of, the changes introduced.

Salary

You will receive a starting salary of £29,519 which will increase as you progress.

Training

Our technology professional pathway includes an embedded Business Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship (Graduate Business Analyst) and Improvement Practitioner (Level 4) apprenticeship (Graduate Digital Change Officer).
