Roles we're currently recruiting for in adult social care

Newly qualified social workers

As a newly qualified social worker you will be registered on the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme, giving you access to a unique range of support and development opportunities in your first year of practice. Along with regular feedback and supervision from your manager, you will have protected development time to reflect on your progress against the Professional Capabilities Framework (PCF) as well as knowledge and skills statements for the relevant service.

If you have recently completed your social work degree or will in the coming months, register your interest in newly qualified social worker vacancies and we will be in contact.

Registered practitioners

We're looking for social workers and occupational therapists to join our team.

You'll be working with people from all backgrounds, with different levels of need. You will work with our partners, maximise access to community and wellbeing resources, and make sure people get the best outcome. In return we'll provide comprehensive training and development, competitive pay and will reward your hard work.

If you'd like to talk to someone about working in Kent, register your interest in adult social care positions and someone will get in touch.

Enablement workers

Enablement workers support people to be safe, independent and happy at home. You'll provide short-term support to empower people to do the things they need to do themselves and you'll make a difference every day. Find out more about becoming an enablement support worker.

Short stay centre roles

We provide short stay services in care centres across Kent for older people who cannot live at home safely. These services help people regain the ability to look after themselves, return home and live as independently as they are able to. Find out more about our short stay centre roles.
