Supporting children to build brighter futures
Manage something that truly matters.
We are opening small, high-quality children’s homes as part of Project Athena, a flagship programme transforming how we support children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural or neurodiverse needs.
We’re recruiting exceptional registered managers to lead and shape our first 2 homes in Sittingbourne and Ashford.
This isn’t a traditional management role. You will:
- shape a home from the ground up
- work with the project team to bring the home into operation
- recruit and develop your team
- shape practice, culture and standards from day one
- create a calm, safe and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.
All with the backing and stability of working for the UK’s largest local authority.
With structured development, new skills, and the chance to positively transform young lives, this is your opportunity to build a career with us which has no limits.
