3 people on screen, wearing hard hats and safety jackets. 1 male, 1 female and another male. The second male on the right is talking. :
"Hi I'm Damien and we're here in Sittingbourne at one of our brand new Athena children's homes."
The first male on the left is now talking : "This isn't just another children's home this is genuinely something new and extraordinary."
The female in the middle is now talking:
"And we wanted to show you space and thinking and ambition behind these new homes."
The scene changes and Damien appears on screen, talking to the camera showing the outside of the building:
"Our Athena Children's Homes are about giving children the best possible foundation for their futures."
Damien walks inside the house talking:
"They’re small homes with small numbers of children accessing them and this is so we can give them the best possible chance and opportunity for the future."
Damien is further in the house, showing around the living room:
"These new homes are going to be beautiful nurturing environments so we can help children to feel safe feel supported build independence and the best possible foundation to thrive."
Damien is further in the house, showing around a possible bedroom, with blue walls:
"For the registered manager we're recruiting for here and the new Ashford service you're gonna be the founding manager giving you the opportunity to shape this service how you want it to best to achieve the outcomes for young people. You’ll have real influence over your teams and the culture that you build helping you shape the lives of young people now and into the future, helping them build independence and stability for a long time to come."
Damien is back outside showing the garden:
"Success in our KCC services isn't about compliance, it's about excellence and making sure that we achieve the best and most sustainable outcomes for children in their long term futures. So if you're the kind of leader who wants to shape a home from the start this is a chance of a lifetime to join KCC and create something truly innovative and influential, which will shape the lives of children of Kent in the future."
Alfie is now in the house, showing the corridor and stairs area. He is walking around the house, which is empty, showing the rooms:
"We've designed this house to be a real home for all children and young people that will be living here and calling this their home. Whilst the home is been stripped out right now, all of the specification will be thought from a child's perspective all children and young people that live in here will be in a really high specification, good quality home. This is a place that staff will feel really proud to work from and will make a difference to many young people's lives."
Camera pans to Sian and she is the in garden showing the space and outhouse available: " This isn't just a one off home, this is the first of four that we're planning on delivering this year."
Sian is still in the garden, but she is showing you a different angle where you can see the outside of the home and building equipment.
Registered managers will be surrounded by support not just from the project team, but wider staff at KCC.
Sian is now showing you the outhouse in the garden, and is standing outside it:
"With strong senior leadership knowledge, support and backing from Day 1.
This is about creating the environment where you, your team and the children and young people can thrive. We believe in our people and developing the most innovative children’s homes and through this programme of work we're investing to make them a reality, and we need you."
All 3 are now in the garden smiling and Damien is talking:
"So if you're looking for a role we can genuinely make a difference, where you're supported trusted and given space to lead."
Alfie now talking to the camera: "and where children's outcomes are really your priority, we'd love to hear from you."
Damien talking to camera: " Come and be part of our new Athena Children's Home."
