We have exciting opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced occupational therapists across Kent and offer an excellent training and induction package.

Flexible working

We're committed to flexible and hybrid working and although assessments and interventions take place wherever the person lives, you can choose whether to spend your non-clinical time at home or in the office.

Training and development

To help you progress in your career, you'll get a tailored personal development plan and one-to-one support from a registered Occupational Therapy Lead.

As well as a bespoke programme to keep your practice knowledge up-to-date, you'll get specific training on:

moving and handling
housing adaptations
legislation
specialist equipment.

We've also recently appointed an Occupational Therapy Practice Development Officer, who will work closely with the occupational therapy managers to:

support excellent clinical practice
develop a Preceptorship Programme
support the occupational therapy apprenticeships.

Our offer

When you join us, you'll get:

a basic salary of between £32,485 and £43,011 per year (37 hours per week)
