Flexible working
We're committed to flexible and hybrid working and although assessments and interventions take place wherever the person lives, you can choose whether to spend your non-clinical time at home or in the office.
Training and development
To help you progress in your career, you'll get a tailored personal development plan and one-to-one support from a registered Occupational Therapy Lead.
As well as a bespoke programme to keep your practice knowledge up-to-date, you'll get specific training on:
- moving and handling
- housing adaptations
- legislation
- specialist equipment.
We've also recently appointed an Occupational Therapy Practice Development Officer, who will work closely with the occupational therapy managers to:
- support excellent clinical practice
- develop a Preceptorship Programme
- support the occupational therapy apprenticeships.
Our offer
When you join us, you'll get:
- a basic salary of between £32,485 and £43,011 per year (37 hours per week)
