We are seeking a creative and dynamic director with significant experience of working at a senior level in complex social care and health settings. You'll put people firmly at the heart of what you do and will balance your passion for high quality operational delivery with a strategic approach and the ability to drive forward our ambitions to deliver outstanding social care.
Our leadership team is committed to facing current challenges and creating the right conditions for positive, inclusive and strengths-based social care practice to thrive within a proudly diverse workforce. Alongside the director for east Kent and other senior colleagues, reporting to our corporate director for adult social care and health, you’ll be responsible for leading a large operational service and budget and will play a significant role in improving community resilience and health outcomes.
